For as long as I can remember I've wanted to work in radio and at the somewhat spotty age of 17, that dream came true.  OK, so it was only a temporary station broadcasting from an algae-green caravan in a Havant back yard, but I was on air and that was all that mattered!  Fifteen years later and I'm thrilled to return to the South Coast to present the weekend breakfast show on The Breeze.

When I'm not behind a microphone, I love to be out and about. Turn your back for a moment and I'll be gone, marching up some hill battling the elements... this is where I'm at my happiest, or on a beach, in a pub garden with friends, at the theatre or simply flopped on the sofa listening to music. 

I was brought up in a household rocking to Cliff and the Shadows and it was the music of Buddy Holly that inspired me to learn to play guitar.  These days, my iPod carries 8,354 songs! Rock, RAP, Classical and Pop, there's a little of everything on there - including loads from the 60's! This is an era that I would have loved to have lived, I think the hippy lifestyle would have suited me well!
